Jeff Crosby and Shelley Ann Jackson are the author-illustrators of Little Lions, Bull Baiters and Hunting Hounds: A History of Dog Breeds published by Tundra Books and Harness Horses. Bucking Broncos and Pit Ponies: A History of Horse Breeds” to be published in October, 2011 by Tundra Publishing. They have illustrated several books together.

Jeff is the author-illustrator of Wiener Wolf a picture book to be published by Hyperion Press in July, 2011.
They are both graduates of the Master of Fine Arts program at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and their illustration artwork has appreared in many publications, including the New York Times Book Review, Village Voice, Entertainment Weekly, Cobblestone Publications, GQ and Salon.
They are represented by the Scott Treimel Literary Agency and Nicole Tugeau Illustration
